For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, working remotely from Boston, Massachusetts.

You will collect and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience in implementing validated systems within regulated environments.

Accountabilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and direct lab observations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed documentation for technical teams.
• Identify process gaps, procedural conflicts, and develop solutions using technology and process optimization.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure software aligns with user needs and regulatory standards.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst or a combination of business analysis and project management.
• 7+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, supporting validated systems for CAP/CLIA and GxP compliance.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and create clear documentation for system design.
• Experience with clinical software platforms involving imaging and diagnostic analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
