Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison for lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers, addressing inquiries via phone and email swiftly and professionally.
- Manage multiple closing processes simultaneously, ensuring all parties are informed and on track for timely completions.
- Coordinate various aspects of the closing process, prioritizing deadlines and foreseeing potential issues.
- Make outbound calls daily to maintain open lines of communication and manage a high volume of incoming emails, often involving urgent inquiries regarding closings, funding, or documentation.
- Assist in drafting and preparing closing documents, ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and complies with company standards.
- Proactively address any issues or questions that arise before or during the closing process and provide exceptional service to all parties involved.
- Utilize communication tools such as Outlook to manage and track interactions with clients, document key details, and stay organized.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using email and calendar features to schedule tasks and follow-up actions.
- Applicant must possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to assist customers in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
- Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a positive and pleasant phone manner at all times.
- Must be able to handle email communications effectively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Experience or background in the Insurance industry is highly desirable.
- The role requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues are essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
