Account Manager

Job Type: Fully Onsite | Contract to Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM OR 6:30 AM–7:30 PM)
Compensation: $25-26/hour
As an Account Manager, you will manage client work request portals, oversee work orders, process invoices, and ensure superior customer service.
This role requires someone detail-oriented and proactive, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of performing repetitive data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Client Request Entry and Management:
- Manage client portals to track, update, dispatch, and close work orders
- Evaluate and review client portal systems to identify and implement data collection improvements
- Manually input data
- Work Orders & Invoicing:
- Process work orders promptly and ensure they are billed correctly
- Validate invoices for accuracy before issuance
- Monitor work order deadlines in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure client-set expectations are met
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients
- Attend and actively participate in regular internal meetings
- Budgeting and Compliance:
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
- Process Documentation & Improvement:
- Maintain and update standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for each client account.
- Continuously identify areas for workflow improvement to enhance performance.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Work Environment:
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-interruption environment and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while maintaining strong focus and attention to detail.
