Essential Functions:

👑 Manager on Duty Duties:

• Oversee the seamless operation of all departments: Admissions, Attraction, Food and Beverage, and Retail.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team on track.
• Inspire and motivate staff to be “guest-obsessed” and deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, keeping our guests and team safe. 🛡️
• Manage queues and guest flow like a pro, ensuring everything runs smoothly even during peak times.
• Tackle guest issues and concerns with a smile and effective communication. 😊

🎓 Coordinate Training:

• Organize and lead training sessions for front-line Hosts in areas like ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards. 📚
• Empower team members to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest recovery as needed.
• Evaluate performance, coach, and provide feedback to help everyone shine. 🌟

🍴 Support Food and Beverage:

• When not on duty, dive into supporting your department with training, stocking, inventory controls, employee engagement, and scheduling.
• Embrace other tasks as needed with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. 🙌

Health & Safety:

• Ensure your safety, your colleagues', and our guests' by following safe work procedures. 🛠️ Report any incidents and assist with investigations as necessary.

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred. 🎓
• Previous customer service and guest interaction experience is a must. 💬
• A passion for entertaining children and families is key. 🎠
• Ability to train others and lead with a fun, expert, and outgoing approach. 🦸♂️🦸♀️
• Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential. 📣
• Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 🕒

Work Environment:

• Depending on your location, you’ll be working both indoors and outdoors with varying temperatures and floor surfaces. 🌦️

Other Requirements:
