Partner recently joined an established law firm in Costa Mesa, OC. The Associate Attorney will handle the employment defense litigation cases under the mentorship of an established partner. Billables are UNDER 1700/year.

Offering a robust salary up to $145,000, the role will consist of handling 90% employment defense, providing the chosen candidate an exceptional opportunity to fortify their courtroom presence.

Benefits’ Package: The benefits include an attractive quarterly bonus system based on billable hours over and above the firm's minimum of 140 hours per month, potentially earning an extra $100 per hour for billings over 420 hours per quarter.There is also a client referral bonus of 10%-20%.
Most importantly, the firm offers a flexible vacation policy. Attorneys are allowed to take as much vacation as they wish, as long as they meet the firm's minimum billable hours. There is also ample provision for sick leave as required.
