Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities
Process Farm Labor Contractor invoice payments (120+ Invoices per week) All invoices are received electronically, clerk will validate each invoice has supporting documentation: harvest tickets, electronic timecards, training sign-in sheets, etc.Review Minimum Wage Adjustments, Non-productive time, Rest & Recovery, and Bin Rates to ensure contractor is billing and paying employees correctly. Generate timecards reports for farm labor contractor accounts to compare submitted timecards to time and productivity tracking system reports and validate no edits were done to quantities or time in excel to alter billing amounts.
Work with contractors to make sure they submit all required employee signed documents that we require. File electronically all invoices and payroll reports per pay period. Review payroll reports to identify if any employee are missing required information (Name, Address, etc.) and communicate discrepancies to contractor office.
