Sr. Solution Architect (.NET) Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a new platform from the ground up for our SaaS product. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a cutting-edge platform that will enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.
This is a REMOTE full-time role. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Scope of Work
Assignments are Outcomes/results oriented. Work is reviewed in terms of the organization's objectives and timelines.Lead the solution architecture and development of a new platform using Azure, with a strong emphasis on scale. This is a hands-on role where you will write code and define the architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, subject matter experts, and other developers, to define and implement innovative solutions quickly and efficiently.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platform while maintaining a fast-paced development cycle.
Mentor and guide junior developers, building a developer culture that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement.
Define requirements, guidelines, and developer tools for developing new features upon the front-end platform that you will build.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Acts as a technical or functional expert and leverages this expertise across own and related disciplines. Driving business decisions.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
Strong proficiency in .NET, Azure, and related technologies.
Experience with building scalable and high-performance solutions and platforms.
Strong experience with data-intensive solutions.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as CI/CD pipelines, build utilities, package management, cloud providers, and other solutions commonly used in the .NET and Azure ecosystem.
Experience using test automation tools such as Katalon, Postman, or similar a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Comfort working with evolving requirements and frequent changes based on stakeholder feedback.
Strong planning skills, ability to define a technical roadmap for the organization that balances business results with building a platform that can be expanded up in the future.
Proven track record of frequent delivery of incremental value.
Comfort with product experimentation and failing fast to learn quickly.
Management experience is a plus.
Strong desire for personal growth and continuous learning.
