Product Support Specialist

Position Summary:

Established Christian organization seeking a Multimedia Support Specialist will support technologies in classrooms and conference rooms, ensuring the integrity of audiovisual equipment while aligning with the values of our company. This role includes collaboration with various departments and training for faculty, staff, and student workers in AV technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain audiovisual equipment.
• Implement multimedia equipment refreshes in classrooms and labs.
• Collaborate with IT staff on enterprise systems supporting multimedia technology.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Manage resources and provide training in multimedia technologies.
• Lead installations with attention to functionality and cleanliness.
• Communicate with customers to foster a service-oriented culture.
• Stay updated on relevant multimedia technologies through training.
• Track inventory and service calls.
• Assist in daily operations of classrooms, labs, and conference rooms.

Must Have:

• Experience with audiovisual equipment and multimedia technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
