Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee the provision of social services to clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assess client needs and eligibility for various social services.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
- Process applications for social services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social service systems and community resources.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Educational background in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
