You will also be tasked with observing client accounts and implementing appropriate measures.

• Accurately process and efficiently manage client credit applications
• Maintain precise client credit records
• Review and provide expert advice on contracts at various stages
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Participate in meetings with different departments to discuss contract details and upcoming contracts
• Advise on solicitation language for contracts
• Utilize your experience in handling procurement contracts
• Respond to FOIA requests, if required. • Candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in procurement is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding and experience in contract law, with a focus on government contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate complex legal issues.
• Ability to provide sound legal advice on procurement and contract matters to government officials.
• Strong research and analytical skills to study legal precedents and deliver comprehensive reports.
• High level of detail orientation, as required by the legal profession.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
