Summary:
A worldwide, growing Aerospace Parts Distributing Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, detail oriented, organized, able to operate the required machines and is comfortable in a fast paced environment while working alongside others.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a mid-sized Warehouse Operation that receives, stores and distributes.
- Well executed operational processes are met, including : Shipping, Receiving, Packaging, Quality
- Ensure Warehouse staffing is upheld
- Responding timely to Procurement / Customer Service coworkers, Customer requests, expedite and
- Responsible for maintenance in compliance for DOT, OSHA AND ISO requirements
- Assisting in Financial / Quality Audits as well as site visits
- Preparing reports and analytics as required
- Scheduling LTL and Freight shipments as needed
- Ensuring packaging materials are in stock and readily available for the rest of the team
