Lead the safety work of the department. Oversee and ensure professional customer communication via formal reporting, presentations, and digital tools. Oversee and develop the annual budget and strategic objectives of the industry and region. Oversee and manage the development and launch of new products, tools, and services within relevant industries in the region.
Manage and optimize resources, taking into consideration account plans, opportunities, regional industry growth plans, launches, etc. in partnership with Sales and Marketing. Participate in global leadership teams to secure regional knowledge sharing and support needed to enable success.
Oversee and ensure laboratory output meets business needs in collaboration with lab group leader on prioritization, capabilities, and competency development. Review and provide input to the regional Technical Services (TS) area plan and implement global and regional plans.
Review, develop, and implement adherence to cost and investment budget for the department. Identify investment needs to maintain or expand technical services capabilities. Ensure necessary equipment and physical facilities are available for laboratory needs.
5 years of experience in job offered or leading projects in the detergent industry. Knowledge of statistical data analysis software (SAS JMP), single- and multi-enzyme formulations, and enzyme blend compositions. Experience in detergent formulations (powders, liquids, soap bars, or SUDs) and experimental science (household care science, surfactants and detergent attributes, chemical analysis, and data analysis).
Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in biotechnology, biochemistry, bioprocess engineering, or related field
