Job Description:

This role is part of the Quality Control (QC) workstream within the Digital Workplace-Solutions & Control-Release, Standards & Risk Management sub-chapter.

The senior-level QA Tester plays a key role in ensuring the quality of hardware and software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying, and reporting issues and collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve them. We ensure that end-user impacting changes and projects are properly vetted and verified prior to being released into production and that all parties are unified and standardized to manage risk, and continuously strive for improvement.

Responsibilities:-

Lead QA Testing Requirement and Triage meetings-

Review and analyze product specifications and requirements.-

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.-

Perform manual testing on software and hardware products.-

Use various tools and equipment to test hardware functionality and compatibility.-

Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and defects.-

Track and monitor issues until resolution-

Evaluate test results and generate test reports.-

Communicate test findings and recommendations to stakeholders.-

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product life cycle.-

Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.-

Conduct impact analysis to assess product readiness.-

Create benchmarks to assess quality control of product.-

Provide key stakeholders feedback reporting.-

Define and measure success metrics using Smartsheet, MS Form, etc.-
