The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting engineering activities, process improvements, and ensuring product quality.

This is a salaried position paying between 50K and 60K annually

Essential Duties: -Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment.-Program and support AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production equipment to minimize downtime.-Support engineers in developing and modifying process documentation and work instructions.-Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and validation of manufacturing equipment.-Monitor production lines and machinery for efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.-Collect and analyze production data to recommend process improvements.-Provide technical support and training to production staff on new equipment and processes.-Collaborate with the engineering team to design fixtures, tools, and jigs that improve production efficiency.-Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment in the production environment.-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.-Ensure adherence to safety procedures and best practices across the manufacturing floor.
