The Business Development Territory Manager at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company”) will work out of the Philadelphia area and plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and the broader community to facilitate access to all Kolmac services.

This position involves strategic outreach, relationship building, and operational collaboration to ensure seamless transitions to treatment and continuous growth in referrals within assigned territories. The role requires a proactive, analytical, and highly collaborative approach, contributing directly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care to our patients across the Mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a compassionate liaison to assist patients, families, and referral sources seeking treatment services.
  • Assess and develop strategies to improve patient access and drive census growth.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance strategic business partnerships with referral sources, including awareness organizations, hospitals, treatment centers, clinical and medical professionals.
  • Actively pursue new referral opportunities to drive regional growth and increase awareness of services offered by Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health.
  • Conduct presentations to promote Kolmac’s programs and services to referral sources and community organizations.
  • Represent Kolmac at industry-related trade shows, health fairs, marketing meetings, and public awareness events.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with referral sources, ensuring they are educated about Kolmac’s services, treatment options, and admission processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal teams to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Compile and analyze competitive data within the assigned geographical region to identify growth opportunities and new relationships.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports, including Salesforce data, expense reports, annual strategic plans, and monthly updates.
  • Educate the community about Kolmac’s integrated behavioral health model, ensuring alignment with its core values and service offerings.
  • Act as a conduit between referral sources, Patient Engagement, and Kolmac facilities to coordinate treatment.
  • Work cohesively with operations and the Business Development and Marketing teams to implement improvements and drive best practices.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to state and federal confidentiality regulations.
  • Participate in and complete all required training sessions, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously exceed targeted referral and relationship-building goals.
  • Provide weekly schedules and regular updates to supervisors.
  • Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the week.
  • May be required at times to work nights and weekends due to special events or conferences.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business development experience, with the ability to manage and grow a territory.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable and solution oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma.
Pluses
  • Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
  • Experience with outreach and business development in the substance abuse and mental health space.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with managed care systems, including provider networks, cost management strategies, reimbursement models, care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

The base salary for this position begins at $80,000 annually; however, the final pay may vary based on factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level.
