Lead ElectroMechanical Maintenance Technician
We have an immediate direct hire need for a skilled and motivated Lead Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join this industry leader in Wilmington, MA!
As the Lead Technician, you will oversee and lead maintenance efforts for a variety of electro-mechanical systems. Key responsibilities will include performing repairs, troubleshooting complex issues, managing preventative maintenance, and mentoring other technicians.
Required: Must be open to off-schedule calls and available for overtime as needed.

responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatic systems, and pumps.
- Ensure machinery and support equipment run efficiently, covering mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues by observing operations, using tools, and analyzing problems.
- Help manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and prioritize repairs based on need.
- Guide and mentor junior technicians to maintain high work standards.
- Assist with planning preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Manage inventory and restock machine parts, tools, and supplies.
- Enforce safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work with other departments to coordinate maintenance and solve issues.
