- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects over $2M
- Estimating experience preferred
- Ground up experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction field - ideally 7-10 years
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects
- Strong management ability
- Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience - range for base salary is $100K-140K.
