Responsibilities
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets—this is a critical skill for the role.
Experience working in a software-based platform, particularly Baseline (used for servicing loans and running operations), as well as QuickBooks Online experience.
A solid background in accounting/bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and proper classification—not just data entry.
Experience in financial reporting and analysis. Real estate experience is not required.
Administrative skills to complement the financial/accounting expertise.
