Description

Boston Speech, a woman and therapist-owned company, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. You will work with a diverse population and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. This is a school-based position, and it will be elementary level students.

This position is Part -time Contract, in-person, and 20 hours a week. This position has a competitive rate of $75/HR

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders for a caseload of 50-55 students
Create and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
Manageable caseload

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or certification
Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
