Our client is seeking a General Manager to join their team. This is an exciting position that will be a large contribution to their organization.

• Oversee operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency in heat treating.
• Lead teams in solving technical challenges and achieving production goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to align operations with client needs.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
• Develop short- and long-term goals for facility.
• Responsible to develop new materials for company services. Determine need for new equipment or modification of existing equipment to meet goals and new market requirement.
• Direct weekly staff meeting to impart and discuss production, quality, sales, maintenance, financial information and customer priorities and requirements. Responsible to develop qualified management personnel. Coordinate efforts of all subordinates. Participate in union grievance procedure and arbitrations. Participate in the Union contract renewal
• Responsible to prepare and present company status reports to President of company on and as required basis. Make sales calls on customers as required; attend seminars, industry association and professional meetings as required.
