FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:
-Will be assigned to Purchasing department-Data entry of information into QuickBooks Desktop for inventory, pricing, accounting items-Follow up with vendors via phone and email-Enter in purchase order information to process-Clerical support-Assist Purchasing Manager with tasks The selected candidate will also possess:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-Experience with QuickBooks, Desktop Enterprise preferred-Strong attention to detail and clerical skills-Purchasing, Accounting, or Inventory knowledge preferred-Good customer service skills over the phone and email Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
