2nd shift Customer Service Representatives openings

We are in search of a diligent customer service representatives to join our team in the service industry, based in Kentucky. This role provides an opportunity for a short-term contract. The hours for this position are 12:30pm-8:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
• Promptly resolve customer credit inquiries
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers and vendors
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make decisions and resolve disputes
• Efficiently multitask and manage several projects or service events simultaneously
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems proficiently
• Ensure punctuality and dependability in all tasks.
• Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively address customer concerns
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders accurately
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
