We are seeking a Part Time Office Assistant for our operations in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Reston, Virginia. As a Part Time Office Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be to respond to inquiries, manage files, and provide overall support to our office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive support for incoming communications, including managing a multi-line phone system and upholding customer service standards.
  • Help with various office tasks, including data entry and file organization.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for communication and document management.
  • Keep the front desk reception area tidy and inviting, assisting employees with various tasks as needed.
  • Provide consistent office coverage, showing flexibility to accommodate extended coverage hours when necessary.
  • Travel to alternate office locations as needed, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Oversee office inventory, including restocking supplies and loading dishwasher.
  • Cultivate detail oriented relationships through clear and effective communication.
  • Display a success driven attitude, adapting to changing situations with ease. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated skill in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Proven ability in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience in organizing files, with an ability to maintain a structured and easily navigable filing system.
