Project Administrator
L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Project Administrator. - Assist Construction Manager Office with high-level supervisory technical support and training services with various systems, communications and electrical construction capital projects-Manage the progress of capital projects' goals by attending project coordination meetings with stakeholders, following up on action items and documenting progress as required-Manage the coordination of field visits, surveys and inspections-Coordinate daily project management activities for the Construction Manager according to MTA C&D Project Management Procedure/Guidelines-Oversee and distribute daily work assignments-Support the documentation of projects with project management software-Review all Daily Inspection Reports-Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control-Ensure adherence to safety protocol-Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager
