Desktop Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Professional to manage our client's everyday technical requests efficiently. In this role, you will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support, taking ownership of customer issues reported, and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Support user's requests involving Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrading of both software and hardware.
• Regular monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Build, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT hardware and software environments.
• Coordinate with other IT staff to solve complicated issues.
• Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Support role or similar.
• Proven experience using and troubleshooting Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work and respond to support requests under pressure.
• Demonstrable skills in managing a range of devices including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas in user-friendly language.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
