Account Manager

This role is within the PR marketing agency industry and seeking candidates with PR agency experience. Must be able to go on site 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships, providing top-tier advising and support
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain accurate client records and monitor account activities
• Coordinate public relations efforts, including media outreach and maintaining media relations
• Write and edit public relations copy as per client requirements and industry standards
• Manage budget processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines
• Collaborate with the broader team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
• Leverage your skills in account management to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• An undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing, business or a similar major
• 4+ years of PR experience
• Solid knowledge of Public Relations strategies
• Ability to perform Public Relations - Copywriting tasks
• Demonstrable skills in executing Digital Media Campaigns.
• Previous work within a Media Agency
• Competency in navigating Digital Media landscapes and platforms.
