You will design and implement robust BI solutions using a variety of tools and databases. This role is an integral part of our team, improving patient outcomes and operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions
• Utilizing Epic's Clarity and Caboodle databases and tools like Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer
• Maintaining certification in Epic Clarity PB data model and Epic Cogito, with Caboodle certification preferred
• Applying in-depth knowledge of relational databases, star schema, data lake, and data modeling
• Working with Data Warehouses to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Utilizing expertise in data and business analysis to create intuitive dashboards and reports
• Employing strong problem-solving aptitude, debugging, and issue resolution skills
• Demonstrating ownership, commitment, and accountability in tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient in BusinessObjects Technologies, Dax Technologies, Informatica, and Maps API.
• Strong understanding of Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Intelligence Technologies.
• Ability to develop and manage Business Requirement Documents and effectively communicate with Business Users.
• Hold an Epic Certification and have experience with Epic Clarity and Cogito.
• Expertise in SQL, including SQL - Structured Query Language, SQL Code, and SQL Queries.
• Proficient in Power BI, including Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Relational Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Datawarehousing, Radar, Workbench, and Relational Database management.
