Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and manage nursing services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff, ensuring excellence in patient care.
