The Role:

Position Summary and Impact:

As the Head of Product for Global Mobility, you will drive the product strategy and execution of our platform and products, ensuring that customers maximize the value of our global mobility SaaS software. Your focus on operationalizing product adoption and enhancing customer onboarding will lead to increased satisfaction, retention, and growth.

You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and feature utilization, while conducting market analysis to inform product development and maintain our competitive edge. Additionally, your mentorship will inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Product Execution: Formulate and implement a cohesive product strategy and adoption plan for the Global Mobility service line, aligning with broader technology and business goals within Andersen.
  • Collaboration and Transformation: Collaborate with technology teams, product managers, service line leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Andersen’s products and services portfolio. Lead and manage distributed teams in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across multiple verticals and domains.
  • Customer Experience: Design and implement customer-centric and partner-experience organizations. Create a secure, stable, and scalable platform, integrating business and technology processes for a unified customer experience.
  • Strategic Leadership: Guide and advise service line leaders and key stakeholders in building modern digital businesses. Develop and execute strategies to transform our business, leveraging technology to achieve business goals and foster resilience.
  • Innovation and Market Leadership: Keep abreast of the latest in product management and digital transformation trends to maintain Andersen’s leadership position, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Team Development and Mentorship: Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities in product management and organizational change methodologies.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and training on transformation methodologies, change management, and team effectiveness. Develop and deliver customized workshops to build structural and cultural capabilities across our global practice and the broader Andersen organization.
  • Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client workshops. Establish frameworks for sell-to and sell-with strategies, winning new business and building strong client and partner relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, the expected salary range for this role is $177,000 to $225,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, business transformation, and change management, with a proven track record of success in leading transformation projects for major enterprises.
  • Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and aligning product development efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
