• Act as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, answering general HR questions and ensuring timely follow-up to complex issues.
• Triage HR-related concerns, identifying when issues need escalation to an expert or senior HR team member
• Review and interpret company policies, ensuring employees and managers understand HR guidelines and procedures
• Regularly collaborate with other HR Reps to ensure consistency and alignment in HR processes
• Support HR Business Partners
• Supporting clients multiple locations
