Peterbilt of Cincinnati, a division of The Larson Group, Inc., is looking for aReceptionist to join our growing organization. The potential candidate will operate a multiple-line telephone switchboard console and route calls appropriately. This individual will greet all visitors in a kind, courteous and professional manner.This position may perform clerical, typing or related duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting and recording names of all visitor arrivals and departures
- Handles all contact with customers in a professional manner
- Routes all incoming calls
- Trains relief operators
- Open and date stamp incoming mail not personally addressed, and distribute as needed, if assigned by management
- In charge of outgoing mail including maintenance of postage meter
- In charge of incoming and outgoing faxes
- Maintains front desk area in a neat and professional manner
- Assist in making sure all needed office supplies are maintained, if assigned by management
- Insures all outgoing FedEx’s are properly addressed and ready for daily pick up
- Performs miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Should possess a high school diploma
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
