Field Supervisor (Paramedic)
- Must have at least 5 years Paramedic experience
- 3-5 years experience through EMS agency, hospital, clinic, etc. in a supervisory role
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to develop deep and trusting relationships with the Responder team
- NREMT and SNHD Certification – Paramedic
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Must be from American Heart Association or America Red Cross-approved provider State driver’s license and auto insurance

What You’ll Do
Directly lead a team of Responders, equipping them with the tools, information and coaching to effectively do their jobs, operate at the highest level, and continuously support patients.
Provide direct and prompt support to Responders in addressing any questions from the field, patient concerns, clinical questions via chat, phone call or two-way radio.
Documenting and escalating incidents for compliance and process improvement purposes Serve as escalation pathway for patients, their caregivers, and Responders, resolving conflicts and concerns that arise
Oversee operational activities during a scheduled shift
Complete thorough end of shift documentation for a smooth and detailed hand-off to the next incoming supervisor
Regularly review Responders’ written documentation, analyze reports, participate in ride alongs, and meet with members of your team to coach and develop team members and ensure continued quality patient outcomes and adherence to company policies and procedures
Develop and uphold a staff culture that welcomes learning from mistakes, open communication, and the vulnerability required to support our patients
Communicate and drive accountability against changes in processes and procedures to your team and ensure that they are being implemented
Participate in hiring and on boarding of new Responders Support Operations Manager and Clinical Manager in process, audit, training and other strategic projects Offer ideas for innovating and refining Ready Responders so we achieve the best results
Perform duties of a Ready Responder as needed
