We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our client in Irving! These are hybrid roles and must be local to Irving, require some onsite work. Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM Pay Rate: $19/hr Must have previous customer service call center support experience, computer proficiency, and experience working with escalated calls.

Responsibilities

Customer Care Associate to perform outbound tax-related calls to borrowers throughout the work day, and have an ability to deal with escalated customers.
