Project Manager Customer & Experience Transformation
Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager Customer & Experience Transformation opening for our client in Alameda, CA.
Location: Alameda, CADuration: 5 months
Duties:
- Lead and manage the customer and experience transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, ensuring that all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the program is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and tools.
- Oversee the management of program risks, issues, and escalations, providing timely resolutions.
- Drive the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methods to enhance program delivery and customer experience.
- Conduct regular program reviews and post-program evaluations to ensure ongoing improvement.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer experience transformation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex programs.
- Experience in managing programs that involve cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Experience in customer experience transformation or related fields is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering customer-focused programs that drive measurable improvements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00/hour to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
