- We are looking for motivated Selectors and Forklift Operators to join our team!
- warehousing, picking, verifying, and inventory control.
The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse documentation, such as Tally Sheets, Pick Tickets, and Bills of Lading.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Material Handling Equipment across all warehouse locations, including loading and unloading customer trucks (dry vans, refrigerated units, and flatbeds).Verify shipments by comparing Bills of Lading to actual loads, ensuring accuracy and checking for shortages or overages.
Maintain forklift batteries and chargers in temperature-controlled warehouses; manage fuel for forklifts in dry warehouses.
Keep accurate daily records of pallet movements within the warehouse.
Stretch-wrap pallets from top to bottom as needed.
Perform case picking, stacking, and general order selection.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following warehouse housekeeping protocols.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Prior warehouse experience, especially in freezer environments, is a plus.
Skills & Abilities: ✅ Strong understanding of warehouse operations, terminology, and documentation.
✅ Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.✅ Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
✅ Ability to safely operate Material Handling Equipment.
✅ Flexibility to work all shifts as needed.
✅ Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
✅ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred).
Physical Requirements: Safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures

- Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
