Aon is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant II!

As part of an industry-leading team, you will support US analytics colleagues, assisting with administrative, operational needs as well as support some senior leaders.

What the day will look like:

As part of the Operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Book travel arrangements for US colleagues
  • File organizing
  • Organize and schedule appointment and meetings
  • Maintain various operations management lists and reports
  • Provide general office support
  • Assist in planning of company meetings and events
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain a flexible approach and attitude towards assisting others
  • Support disaster recovery plans
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team hires

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and utilize new and unfamiliar software and technology

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years equivalent proven experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
