Line Cook. Flexible Scheduling- Mason Ohio

Overview:

Join our Culinary team as a PRN Line Cook with our Mason Facility!

Community First is looking for a dedicated PRN Line Cook to join our team at our Mason location. In this role you are responsible for providing the highest level of food quality to our residents, clients, and guest at our Luxuary Montage Mason Location.

Job Requirements:

• Weekend availability is a must to meet the needs of the kitchen schedule.
• Flexible schedule (PRN) to accommodate varying shifts.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

• Up to $16.00 per hour depending on years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all aspects of Line Cook such as grill, sauté, fry and broil
• Daily cleaning of prep area as needed and at the direction of the Executive Chef/Chef Manager or Lead Line Cook.
• Interact with residents and guests in a pleasant and positive manner
• Selects recipes per menu cycle prepare bakery items, and prepares meals for resident and guest requiring special diets.
• Assist other kitchen staff, when needed, in preparation and line set up in advance of meal service.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check, physical & drug screening
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holiday.
