Top-tier international law firm seeks hybrid Senior Billing Coordinator. The role is based in Downtown Los Angeles office but offers flexibility to work remotely most days. Senior Coordinator should be able to hit the ground running with working directly with Revenue Managers, Supervisors, Attorneys, and clients to review monthly billing, collections, and develop strategies for maximizing revenue. Senior Coordinator will also review Proformas for misallocated time and ensure time entries are in accordance with client policy.
Candidate should have at least 4 years of billing experience, not necessarily in a law firm. Ideally, Coordinator will have experience with software: MS Office (with emphasis on Word and Excel), Elite 3E and Electronic Billing Systems. Salary range is up to $112k, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
