The Senior Software Developer at WORLDPAC plays a key role in maintaining and growing the WORLDPAC success story. Responsibilities:
Formal Education & Certification- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, and/or 15 years equivalent work experience.
- 15 years of progressive work experience with solution designing and developing with a thorough understanding of Supply Chain solutions.
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including RPG III ILE, SQL, CL
- Excellent understanding of RPG and SQL coding methods and best practices.
- Extensive DB2 relational database and operating systems experience with OS/400.
- Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
- 10 years relating to developing and supporting Warehouse Management, EDI mapping and processing, Supply Chain and Distribution, Sales Order Processing, Transportation and Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory and Finance.
- Solid knowledge and understanding to adhere to common standards and change management tools on IBM i servers.
- 15 plus years of experience related to IBM i platform
- Ability to bring solution idea to fruition by working with a team or individual to design, development, test, implementation and support.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment including deadline pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Pay Range: USD $115,500.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
