Position Responsibilities:
- The Project Engineer leads projects, manages the work activities of resources, controls the projects schedules by assigning projects, and reports project management methodology
- You will communicate effectively about the project plan, status of project, projected outcomes and risks, and constraints throughout the plan
- Project Engineers demonstrate equipment functions to employees, implement changes to facilitate ongoing learning with the distribution and manufacturing teams, and create opportunities for learning how to troubleshoot and manage issues
- This role will reinforce and create opportunities to facilitate ongoing learning with the manufacturing teams, i.e., how to run a production line including troubleshooting, maintaining and fixing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 9 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree
