We are offering a long term contract opportunity in the manufacturing industry for a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves working in a warehouse management system and handling customer account management.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Handle inbound telephone calls and maintain a pleasant phone manner
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure their completion
- Manage customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Maintain written communication with customers through email correspondence
- Maintain a detail-oriented phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Input data accurately and efficiently into the system
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
- Uphold manufacturing practices and operations within the workplace
- Ensure the organization and efficiency of the warehouse management system.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Skilled in answering inbound calls and maintaining a pleasant and detail oriented phone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Experience with data entry, order entry, and warehouse management
- Skilled in email correspondence and other forms of written communication
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in handling inbound telephone calls and demonstrating detail oriented phone etiquette
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and practices within the manufacturing industry
- Strong skills in email communications and maintaining detail orientation in correspondence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
