Business Analyst - Robert Half

This role requires a robust understanding of systems and products, with the ability to provide leadership to other analysts and coordinate with various teams in the industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve issues to enhance departmental efficiency
• Act as a liaison between production and IT for system updates
• Identify and scope project changes to improve workflow
• Recommend solutions for business and system challenges
• Coordinate with QA to set test objectives and timelines
• Conduct training for new employees and end-users on system processes
• Create and distribute implementation notes for system changes
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support other teams
• Utilize Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document skills
• Manage claim administration effectively.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira software for project management
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify improvements in business processes
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and document creation
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management
• Understanding of Business Process Functions to improve operational efficiency
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents to communicate project needs
