Job Description- Lead HR operations for the plant, overseeing all HR administration, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations issues ranging from day-to-day responsibilities as well as more complex conflict resolution.
- Oversee one HR Coordinator dedicated to recruitment responsibilities.
- Ability to learn and utilize Oracle HRIS systems.
- Support the plant's growth and expansion efforts.
- Work collaboratively with the HR leadership team to align with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience working in employee relations, leadership and administration, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Tenure: Candidates with a proven track record of 3-4 years in prior roles are preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage HR functions over a period of time.
