Casino Compliance Manager
Overview:
Parkwest Casinos, Inc. is looking for a Compliance Manager to execute the Company plan for Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) audit process for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s AML Compliance Program.
- Attend quarterly MICS casino audit for each Parkwest Casino property.
- Ensure reviews and audits meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Attend quarterly Parkwest Inc. Compliance Committee Meeting including presentation of detailed reports of findings and recommendations to committee.
- Process and ensure accuracy of related forms and filings completed by casino and hotel staff, such as Currency Transaction Report (CTR), Multiple Transaction Report (MTL), and Monetary Instruments Log (MIL).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
- 10 years of audit, regulatory compliance, risk management or related work experience required, preferably in a casino environment, with at least five of those years at a senior level.
- Strong understanding and comprehension of relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
- Gaming industry experience a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Access Microsoft.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient information seeking skills and drive for results.
- Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
