Inventory Shift 1 - Chandler
The Warehouse Inventory Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring that all goods are efficiently organized and stored. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the warehouse and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.
- Perform regular stock checks, inventory audits, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Record and update inventory movements using warehouse management software.
- Inspect goods for quality and accuracy when received and report any discrepancies or damage.
- Organize and label products in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with product retrieval, picking, and packing when necessary.
- Ensure all inventory is tracked accurately through barcode scanning and data entry.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management and provide recommendations to optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
