Exciting New England opportunity (GI Pathologist)
CONNECTICUT (USA). Eastern Connecticut Pathology Consultants (ECPC), an independent physician practice, is looking to hire a surgical pathologist with AP/CP board certification and sub-specialty interests in GI-Pathology. Interested candidates should have strong general surgical pathology diagnostic skills.Fellowship training/experience in GI-Pathology is desirable but not required. Other sub specialties may also be considered. Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are preferred; however, individuals straight out of fellowship will also be considered.
We seek candidates with superior diagnostic and communication skills, exemplary team spirit, growth mindset and ability to work in diverse hospital and outreach lab settings. The position is open to be filled immediately.
ECPC is a rapidly growing pathology group of 22 highly motivated pathologists with diverse sub-specialty interests, covering several community hospitals with active cancer programs, ambulatory surgery centers and medical school affiliations in Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts.We process approximately 60,000 specimens per year. We are expanding rapidly in many sub-specialty areas including GU, Dermatopathology, GI and Gynecology. ECPC takes pride in its growing outreach program in collaboration with patient centered multi-specialty physician groups.
Successful candidate will join a vibrant group of pathologists with broad expertise and should possess the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and service while working collaboratively with clinical colleagues and staff.
