SEC Compliance Manager/Director

The role is based in a physical office location.

• Oversee and manage SEC reporting and compliance
• Guide the team in understanding and implementing SEC regulations
• Ensure regular and accurate external reporting
• Use your experience from a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm to improve processes and strategies
• Apply your CPA skills to enhance the financial operations and compliance of the firm
• Contribute to the commercialization process with your detail-oriented experience
• Foster relationships with the investment community
• Guide the team through progressive career growth opportunities • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEC Compliance or related field
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• Proven experience in External Reporting is necessary
• Prior experience working in a Big 4 Accounting Firm is preferred
• Proficient in SEC Financial Reporting is a must
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SEC Regulations is essential
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate a history of successful compliance management in previous roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is crucial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide a team are key.
