Full Job Description

Warrior Precast LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, manage, and mentor our sales team across the region. The Regional Sales Manager will not only oversee the sales representatives but will also take on their own sales duties, ensuring that goals are met, customer relationships are nurtured, and new market opportunities are explored.

This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of local building codes, and the ability to drive sales efforts across the region.

Who we are:

Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC is privately owned and operated.. Our Founder had been building homes for 15 years before discovering Superior Walls in 2000. After realizing how Superior Walls decreased labor costs & kept his projects on track coming out of the ground, he brought some of his customers together to create Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC.

While we manufacture our panels in Rock Island, TN, we currently serve Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern and Central counties in Alabama and Georgia.
