Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Pompano Beach, Florida. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing credit and collection activities, ensuring accurate and efficient processes, and maintaining customer relationships.
This role demands proficiency in various software systems, including 3M, Accounting Software Systems, and ADP - Financial Services, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all credit and collection activities within the organization.
- Utilize software systems such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, and ADP - Financial Services to streamline processes.
- Handle B2B collections effectively, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee accounting functions related to credit and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely recording and tracking of customer payments.
- Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
- Monitor cash activity, identifying trends, and taking necessary actions to optimize cash flow.
- Manage cash applications, ensuring accurate recording of cash received.
- Maintain accurate customer records, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Proficiency with 3M
- Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of B2B collections
- Proficient with CRM
- Ability to manage Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge of Billing Functions
- Able to handle Cash Activity
- Proficiency in Cash Applications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in credit/collections in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
