We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Stockton, California. The industry is broad, but the role will focus on managing accounting operations including Payroll and Accounting Entries using QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online.

This role will require a high level of organization and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks.
  • Handle payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Manage accounting entries, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts.
  • Process customer credit applications, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
